Creamy Chicken, Asparagus and Mushroom Pasta

First pan fry the chicken in the oil and 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper both sides of the chicken and when the butter and oil is hot add the chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side. While the chicken is cooking start cooking your pasta according to the directions on the box. When the chicken is all done remove it from the skillet and in the same skillet start sautéing the Asparagus and mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes then remove from the skillet. Then in that same skillet again add the rest of the butter then the flour and mix, then add the Boursin cheese then the milk, chicken broth the parmesan cheese, chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste. After you mix everything together you’ll have a creamy sauce then put back in the chicken and vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes on medium low. Then serve it with the spaghetti or plate everything together put the pasta on the bottom and add the creamy chicken on top and enjoy.
